Bread Rolls

Ingredients:
320g Water warmed
7g Dry Yeast
7g Dry Yeast
5g Caster Sugar
500g Plain Flour
7g Salt
30g Unsalted Butter melted
Total
Weight Of 10 Rolls = 816g

Note: ·
You can add sesame or poppy seeds to the
top. ·
You can also turn these into ham &
cheese rolls. ·
Can be frozen once baked. |
· Mix water, yeast and sugar together and set aside for 5 minutes.
· Place 5 ice cubes into the tray, behind the
baking paper and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. They should be lightly golden.
