Bread Rolls




Makes 10
Ingredients:          

320g Water warmed
7g Dry Yeast
5g Caster Sugar
500g Plain Flour
7g Salt
30g Unsalted Butter melted
Total Weight Of 10 Rolls = 816g 

Note:

·         You can add sesame or poppy seeds to the top.

·         You can also turn these into ham & cheese rolls.

·         Can be frozen once baked.

 

 

 

 

 

  


Method:
· Mix water, yeast and sugar together and set aside for 5 minutes.

· Using the dough hook, mix flour and salt, then add in the water mixture and butter. Mix till a dough forms, then continue mixing on medium speed for 5 minutes.

· Add Dough into an oiled bowl, cover with gladwrap and allow to rest for 4 hours or until it has doubled in size.

· Divide dough into 86g portions, then shape them into balls.

·  Place the dough balls into a lined baking pan, with a little space in between each ball. Cover and rest for 2 hours or until it has doubled in size.

· Preheat oven to 200c fan forced

· Place 5 ice cubes into the tray, behind the baking paper and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. They should be lightly golden.
